Description

Monoblock Gai mod. 4000 in stainless steel, composed of Filler 16 valves to gravity/slight depression, centralized level control.
Complete with nr. 02 trays for washing and sterilization taps.
Three-head rotary capper (Arol turret) for natural/synthetic corks, with device in order to create vacuum before capping.
Maximum production 4500 b/h about. Mechanical speed variator.
Complete with safety guards.
Complete with some sizes for cylindrical bottle.

Dimensions: Length 2200mm x Width 1300mm x H 2200mm about. Weight Kg 1500 about.

Currently the Monoblock it is in the conditions as it has been collected from our customer’s cellar.
The machine will be subjected to a general overhaul with disassembly of all parts subject to wear, replacement of the same where necessary, replacement of the complete set of gaskets and made perfectly working.

Monoblock overhauled in excellent conditions. Still to be overhauled.
