Monoblock Gai in stainless steel, composed of:
Gas injection turret before filling, Filler 12 valves to gravity/slight depression, with nitrogen injection for levelling before corking, Corking machine monohead for natural/synthetic corks, with system to create the vacuum before corking.
Monoblock with conveyor belt and bottle final plate.
Production 2000 b/h about.
With N. 01 cylindrical size bottle diameter Ø 80 (other bottle sizes to be quantified).
Machine complete of safety guards.
Dimensions: Length 2500mm x Width 1100mm x H 2100mm about. Weight Kg 1000 about.
The machine has been subjected to a general overhaul with disassembly of all parts subject to wear, replacement of the same where necessary, replacement of the complete set of gaskets and made perfectly working.
Monoblock overhauled in excellent conditions.
