PS50-TB is a Semi-Automatic Single Block Case Former & Sealer.
Packing and taping station composed by a boxes forming station with pusher cylinder and a sealing section with top and bottom driven belts suitable for packaging of various box dimensions.
This section allows a large margin of boxes sliding height adjustment.
The PS50-TB packing station provides boxes forming and sealing operations with adhesive tape through the simultaneous application of two adhesive tape stripes on the upper and lower boxes middle line.

The case former folds the bottom flaps of boxes entered into machine by an operator, allowing a
time saving of 50%.
The F105 case former machine automatically folds the bottom flaps of the box manually entered
by an operator.
The box with the bottom flaps folded remains in vertical position for filling operation.
Machine dimensions: length 2000mm x width 800mm x H 1700mm about.
Complete with N. 01 extensible roller conveyor on wheels.
Roller dimensions: minimum length 1550mm / maximum length 3500mm X width 600mm.
Used equipment in excellent conditions, like new.
