Automatic rotary capsuling machine Robino & Galandrino mod. Monostadio FT 4, year 2001 complete with:

• Inclined capsule magazine
• automatic capsule distibutor with single bell with elliptical oscillating movement to transport the capsules from the magazine on to the bottle guaranteeing precise and reliable positioning.
• Bottle neck centering device
• N. 01 Rotary turret with n. 04 thermal heads
• Safety guards in compliance with the CE standards
• Centralized control panel with inverter and PLC
• Bottle flow control photocells allow the machine to work automatically, stopping in the event of a lack of incoming bottles or blockage at the exit.
• Stainless steel basement
• Production: 6000 bt/h depending on the type of capsules processed.
Actually the machine is equipped to work on square bottles, a technical sheet with available formats is attached in the photos.
Complete with use and maintenance manual, CE certificate.
