Description

Bucher/Vaslin destemmer-crusher, model Delta 2 in stainless steel, with a production capacity of up to approximately 12 ton/hour.
Rotating perforated drum with deep-drawn holes, destemming shaft fitted with rubber pallets and adjustable and excludable pressing roller unit.
Grape feeding hopper equipped with a gearmotor for driving the feeding auger.
The perforated drum and destemming shaft can be removed and extracted for washing and internal cleaning.
Three-phase electric motor with speed adjustment by means of an expanding pulley.
Three-phase power supply: 380 V, 50 Hz.
Electrical control panel and main switch with emergency stop button.
