Destemmer-crusher CMA, Lugana 2 model, entirely in stainless steel with speed variator, adjustable and excludable roller unit.
Predisposed for positioning of pump with hopper.

Stainless steel destemmer shaft with cage both removable for an easy cleaning, cage with flared round hole in order to avoid the laceration of the stem-structure.
