Destemmer-crusher horizontal centrifuge, in stainless steel, without transfer pump, mod. “JOLLY 40 MV” production 2000/4000 Kg/H. The basket is a professional type, antilaceration system. The crushing system is housed outside the body of machine: it consists of two rubber rollers, adjustable. Roller assembly is excluded. The setting of the degree of pressing is done by the external handwheel. The destemming shaft is supplied with rubber-coated pallets. The electronic speed variator is KW 1.8 single phase. The equipment is provided with collection tank for must in stainless steel and attachment for transfer pump . The tank is removable and eliminable if it is necessary to use pumps equipped with a hopper. No pump, To CE norms.
