Description

Monoblock GAI 2106 TOP Automatic rinser, filler, corking machine for natural corks and capping machine for crown Stelvin 30×60 on two separate turrets.
Composed by:
1. Rinser machine for bottles with clamp rinsing and blowing inside the bottle with 10 nozzles.
2. Vacuum deaeration station via pump and inert gas injection into the bottle.
3. Twelve-valves vacuum filling unit with centralized level regulation and automatic washing system.
4. Gas injector before closing.
5. Corking machine for natural or synthetic cork, with pre-corking vacuum system.
6. Screw capping machine for 30×60 Stelvin screw caps with gas injection into the bottle.
The “TOP” package includes electric height adjustment of all stations.
