The Nortan 120 sleeve applicator is an automatic sleeve dispensing machine capable of reaching a maximum production of approximately 6000 bottles/hour.
Function: Automatic application of tubular heat-shrink sleeves in PVC or other thermoplastic materials for 360° decoration or tamper-evident seals on glass bottles and containers.
Components: Stainless steel structure, safety guards, inverter control, automatic cutting devices, and hot-air shrink tunnel with No. 3 heating elements with adjustable temperature for the upper part of the bottle.
Complete with sleeve application cup and reel holder for sleeve dispensing onto the bottle.
Complete with electrical control panel.
Three-phase power supply: 380 V, 50 Hz.
Complete with operation and maintenance manual.
