Description
The BOTTLEPACK 10 is an automatic bottle packaging machine with continuous motion
by mechanical movements equipped with electrical synchronism controls with programmable logic
and with a display for viewing and signaling the machine phases.
It can be equipped with a glue closure system and/or with a interlocking closure system.
The cases are taken and placed in the machine drawers by a rotating and an oscillating system with suction cups to ensure the opening of the cases.
– Through a selector the bottles are taken one at a time from the conveyor belt and
introduced into the cases from the bottom to the top by pushers and subsequently supported with
steel supports until the internal flaps have folded.
– If there is no case in the drawer the bottle is not taken.
– The bottom of the case is closed by distributing hot glue strips on the external flaps which are folded instantly with fixed folders.
– The upper part can be closed by interlocking or with hot glue.
– The finished package is expelled from the drawers on a roller conveyor.
– With the registration of some parts and the possible replacement of the format pieces, the machine is able to receive more formats, within the indicated limits.
